Cheltenham Festival Attendance Figures Down Again In 2025

See below the 2024 and 2025 Cheltenham Festival attendance figures as the meeting reported a drop in numbers on each of the four days.

The biggest loser was the Wednesday – where we saw 4,822 less attend in 2025 than in 2024.

While Gold Cup day was down 1,109 and the opening day, that features the Champion Hurdle, dropping by 4,683.

Parade ring (and pre-parade ring) access is also included, while if the weather gets bad there is a covered grandstand too.

Another popular 2026 Cheltenham ticket price options is the Best Mate Enclosure – being one of the cheapest, but still just over £31.50 a day with their early-bird deal.

Situated on the other side of the main grandstand and more in the middle of the course by the home straight and winning line.

This gives a unique view of the track and with its own grandstand you get a top sighter of the entire course.
