West Ham United have launched their home kit for the 2025/26 season, and the reception has not been as warm as they might have hoped.
West Ham have gone for a “clean, minimalist aesthetic” for their 2025/26 home kit. The shirt features an all-claret body with blue accents, with the claret-and-blue striped V-collar matching the cuffs. The shirt also features the logo of Hammers’ new primary sponsor, betting giants BOYLE Sports, in big and bold. The logo of Intuit QuickBooks appears on the sleeves.
For the 2025/26 kit, West Ham have reinstated their club crest in all its glory. The Crossed Hammers detailing of their crest also appears on the back of the neck.
The home kit, which will make its first appearance at the BOYLE Sports Cup game against LOSC Lille on August 9, is now on sale. On the club’s official website, the short-sleeved adult shirt is selling for £75, with shorts and socks costing £40 and £18, respectively. For the full West Ham package, one must pay a hefty £133.
West Ham Fans are Unhappy With New ‘ChatGPT Looking’ Kit
West Ham tried something new with their 2025 home kit. However, most fans are not happy with the direction they have taken. Here are some of the reactions from the Hammers’ kit launch.
On X (formerly Twitter), @georgejones_01 suggested very little thought went into designing West Ham’s new kit.

@Mike72Brennan accused kit manufacturer, Umbro, of putting in a half-hearted effort, as it was their last year designing a West Ham kit.
“Where’s the blue ffs… awful…it’s like Umbro have phoned it in cos it’s their last kit. Did you even consult the fans ?”

There have been claims that West Ham would get relegated wearing the 2025/26 shirt.

It might be better in person, but personally the new home kit isn’t for me. Looks like something I’d see at a knock off football jersey shop. ⚒️

The cheek to charge £80 is insane.”
