After a three-week hibernation, the 20 best drivers in the world return to the grid as Formula One (F1) heads to Belgium for Grand Prix Round 13. And we also back with our Belgian Grand Prix tips and the latest betting odds.
It also happens to be a Sprint weekend, which raises the stakes further for the drivers and teams.
The 2025 season went on recess after the British Grand Prix with Lando Norris gaining his maiden win at the venue, while Sauber’s Nico Hulkenberg claimed the first podium of his career.
Championship leader Oscar Piastri finished second after receiving a 10-second time penalty. His penalty caused quite the controversy, but the FIA were well within reason to dole it out.
Before the light flashes at the end of the pit lane, SportsCasting has brought you the top betting odds and tips for the weekend.
Belgian Grand Prix Tips For Formula One: Piastri To Top Podium
Lando Norris showed impressive form in the British Grand Prix to take the chequered flag. But until Oscar Piastri’s time penalty, the Aussie seemed to be in control of the race. We expect the McLaren boys to dominate once more this weekend, further tightening their grip on the Constructors’ Championship.
Reigning world champion Max Verstappen enjoys quite a bit of fanfare in Belgium. He is unlikely to disappoint his fans, although a win seems unlikely. Charles Leclerc is once again expected to be the lead Ferrari on the grid on Sunday.

Lando Norris Will Get Pole Position in Sprint and Grand Prix Qualifying

Grand Prix
In the Grand Prix Quali, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are tied at 7/4.
However, if you like to bet on historical data, you would be wise to go with Piastri.
Why? The Australian driver has clinched three pole positions in the 2025 F1 season, while Norris only has one.
Sprint
Although Lando Norris is not the favourite to win either of the races this weekend, he is expected to match Oscar Piastri in qualifying.
Bookmakers have him at 7/1. His teammate Oscar Piastri is also at 7/1. Once again, Norris is marginally ahead in the books.
Max Verstappen, who has reportedly agreed to join Mercedes in 2026, is third at 20/1.
It is a toss-up between the McLaren boys in the Fastest Lap as well.
Oddsmakers have given both of them a 13/8 chance of getting the Fastest Lap on the board.
It is to be noted that Fastest Lap does not come with a bonus point this year, meaning they will only be securing bragging rights.
Lewis Hamilton Odds to Win First F1 Grand Prix with Ferrari This Weekend

Ferrari had high expectations for seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton this year. But the most decorated driver-constructor pairing has yet to pay dividends.
Hamilton hit out at critics after winning the Sprint in China, a moment which seemed like a turning point. Yet, four months later, it remains his only success in Ferrari’s colours.
Hamilton has yet to secure a podium in the Grand Prix this season, and odds suggest the wait will go on.
At 13/1 odds, Hamilton is highly unlikely to win the Sprint in the Belgian Grand Prix.
Coming to the Grand Prix, the 2025 Belgian GP winner’s odds increase to 23/1.
Max Verstappen Odds to Win the Belgian Grand Prix

Red Bull sacked team principal Christian Horner during the summer break. According to reports, Red Bull staff are still coming to terms with Horner’s departure, making it impossible to predict how things will pan out.
The team will look to Max Verstappen for inspiration, but bookmakers are unsure if he will be able to deliver. He has been priced at 9/2.
In the Sprint, his odds improve ever so slightly to 4/1.
It will be interesting to see if ‘Supermax’ manages to upset the odds once more, this season.
If you do fancy him a £10 win on Max Verstappen to win the 2025 Belgian GP at 9/2 will return £55 in total (stake included).
