After a very shaky start to the new 2025/26 season, the West Ham relegation betting odds continue to tumble – with the bookies taking no chances on the Hammers dropping out of the English top-flight for the first time since 2011.
There are now only two sides shorter than the Hammers in the Premier League relegation market.
West Ham Relegation Betting Odds Slashed Again With Defeat To Arsenal
Before a ball was kicked ahead of the new 2025/26 Premier League season, West Ham were under pressure to deliver a better campaign than the last.
The Hammers ended last term in 14th, but with little activity in the summer transfer window West Ham fans have shown their frustration.
This has led to the board have already sacked manager Graham Potter, with former Forest, Spurs and Wolves man Nuno Espirito Santo now at the helm after being well-backed in the next West Ham manager betting market.

Last season, West Ham finished 14th in the Premier League.
They amassed 43 points over the 38 league games – winning 11, drawing 10 and losing 17.
While they ended with a -16 goal difference – scoring 46 but conceding 62.
When Were West Ham Last Relegated From The Premier League?
You have to go back to the 2010-11 season to find the last time West Ham were relegated from the Premier League.
That campaign, the Hammers finished 20th in the table and dropped to the Championship.
At the time former Chelsea manager Avram Grant was in charge at West Ham – but was sacked straight after their final game that season on May 15th, 2011.
But the good news for West Ham fans, was they only lasted one season in the English second tier.
They won promotion back to the Premier League via the play-offs in the 2011-12 season, when beating Blackpool 2-1 in the final at Wembley Stadium.
