Mohamed Salah, the most expensive player in the Fantasy Premier League this season, has already been transferred out of more than four million squads.
Yet, he is still not the transferred-out player in the 2025/26 FPL season.
One Premier League star has been offloaded by over 6 million FPL managers, comfortably outranking the Liverpool frontman.
Cole Palmer, Mo Salah Among Most Transferred-Out Players in FPL 2025/26
Chelsea talisman Cole Palmer was the most-purchased FPL player ahead of Gameweek 1, with over 55% of managers selecting the Englishman. However, an early groin injury threw a spanner in the works.
Palmer did not play any part in the wins over West Ham United and Fulham, but returned for the draw with Brentford on Matchday 4. Palmer’s only attacking contribution of the season — a goal — came against the Bees.

The Chelsea man started in the Matchday 5 meeting with Manchester United, but had to come off after aggravating a groin injury. The £10.3 million midfielder has since been out of action, leading to a stark dip in ownership. Palmer, who is unlikely to play again until December, is now owned by 9.6% of managers.
Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah is in second place, with over 4.1 million fantasy managers transferring him out of their teams. However, unlike Palmer, Salah’s dip in popularity is not due to his fitness record.
Salah, who became the highest-scoring player in FPL history last season with 306 points, has been off to a sluggish start. After nine rounds of fixtures, he has scored only 42 points in FPL, averaging 4.7 points per game.

It is not the worst return in the Premier League. But he has not justified his massive initial price tag of £14.5 million.
Chelsea forward Joao Pedro has also made the list of most sold FPL players in 2025/26. The Brazilian forward, who commands a price tag of £7.5 million, has been transferred out over 3.3 million times this season.
Pedro got off to a cracking start, scoring 33 points in the first four games. Since GW 5, he has accumulated only 10 points, scoring two points in each of the five matches. A healthy 52.2% FPL managers still own him.
