Vinicius Junior to Man United Linked on Monday's Premier League Transfer Rumours

Manchester United are readying a mammoth £200 million bid for Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Junior, according to Monday’s Premier League transfer rumours.

Monday’s Premier League Transfer Rumours

Man United Preparing £200m Bid for Vinicius Jr.

Premier League giants Manchester United are interested in signing Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr., Spanish outlet Fichajes.net has claimed.

The Red Devils are preparing a £200m offer for the Brazilian winger. If the deal goes through, he will become the joint-most expensive transfer in football history alongside Neymar.

Despite negotiating for months, Real Madrid have not been able to extend Vinicius Jr.’s contract.

Additionally, the relationship between Vinicius and Xabi Alonso is not perfect, leading to speculation about the winger’s future.

United want to capitalise on this opportunity and bring the 25-year-old to Old Trafford. Ruben Amorim’s side admire Vinicius Jr.’s ability to unsettle defences, and see him as the absolute priority for the next summer transfer window.

Los Blancos are aware of Man United’s interest and are reflecting on the idea. They see this as an opportunity to secure the best possible transfer fee for the Brazilian. Chelsea and PSG are also believed to be interested in the two-time Champions League winner.

Vinicius Jr. has not been at his best this season at Real Madrid. In his last visit to England, he lost possession 19 times against Conor Bradley as Liverpool beat Real Madrid 1-0 at Anfield.

Vinicius Jr. has played 16 games for Real Madrid in all competitions this season, scoring five goals.

Aston Villa and Man United Linked With Christian Pulisic

Christian Pulisic is reportedly looking to leave AC Milan. The American winger’s decision stems from the team’s inability to secure Champions League football last season.

Milan have been trying to extend Pulisic’s contract beyond June 2027, but they have not yet found an agreement.

A return to the Premier League could reportedly be on the cards for the former Chelsea man, with Aston Villa and Manchester United linked.

Interestingly, neither of them have consistently played in the Champions League in recent seasons, with United missing out on European football entirely last season.

But SciSports believes the Premier League could be a viable option for the 28-year-old.

Bayern Munich are also in the running, and their consistent Champions League presence could convince Pulisic to join the Bundesliga club.

Tottenham Hotspur Eyeing a Move for Aleksandar Stankovic

Tottenham Hotspur are in the market for a midfield talent, and Aleksandar Stankovic has emerged as a transfer target. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Spurs see the 20-year-old as a potential long-term solution for their midfield problem.

Stankovic joined Club Brugge from Inter’s academy in the summer transfer window and has established himself as a starter. He has clocked over 1,600 minutes of football across 21 matches in all competitions.

However, a transfer to Tottenham looks complicated, as Inter Milan put two buyback clauses in Stankovic’s Brugge contract. They can activate the first one in June 2026, which will allow them to buy Stankovic back for only €23m (£20.3m).

They could also buy him back in the summer of 2027 for €25m (£23.1m).

Tottenham Continue to Scout Victor Froholdt

Thomas Frank’s Tottenham Hotspur are keeping a close eye on Porto’s young central midfielder Victor Froholdt, TeamTalk has claimed. The Lilywhites have been sending scouts for Froholdt for months now, and a January move could be on the cards.

The Danish midfielder joined Porto from Copenhagen in the summer window and has a £75m clause in his contract. Porto have no intention of selling him and are expected to demand the full £75m fee for the midfielder in January.

Froholdt has played 17 games for Porto in all competitions, scoring two goals and providing two assists. His contract expires in June 2030.

West Ham United to Offer Niclas Fullkrug to AC Milan

In a recent meeting in East London, West Ham United told Niclas Fullkrug that they were no longer relying on him. With West Ham struggling this season, they want to use the wages freed up and the fee received from Fullkrug’s transfer to sign reinforcements in January.

According to Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan had scouted Niclas Fullkrug in the summer of 2023. They are likely to get another opportunity to get him in January, as West Ham are set to offer him to Italian clubs.

It could be a win-win for all parties, as West Ham could secure an immediate replacement in Santiago Gimenez. Gimenez has scored only one goal in 11 Serie A games for Milan, and the Italians would be open to a swap deal.

Milan, meanwhile, see Fullkrug as a low-risk option, owing to his excellent record in the Bundesliga (74 goal involvements in 157 games).
