CoinPoker Announces Total Platform Migration and Brand “Level Up” for March 2

Online poker operator CoinPoker has confirmed a firm date for its long-anticipated platform overhaul.

Dubbed the “Level Up,” the transition is scheduled for March 2, 2026, and will see the site migrate its entire player base to a newly developed software architecture.

The move marks the most significant technical undertaking for the platform since its founding in 2017.

According to internal sources, the update is not a mere aesthetic refresh but a complete rebuild of the gaming client across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.

Technical Overhaul and Expanded Game Selection

The primary objective of the March 2 migration is the implementation of a “futuristic” software environment. The new architecture is expected to support a broader array of poker variants, moving beyond the site’s current staple offerings of Texas Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha (PLO).

Key figures within the CoinPoker ecosystem, including professional ambassador Mario Mosböck, have indicated that the new software has undergone rigorous private testing. Members of the platform’s 8,000-user Discord community were reportedly recruited to stress-test the environment in closed sessions prior to the public announcement.

Strategic Growth and “Month of Rewards”

To ensure liquidity during the transition, CoinPoker has scheduled a series of high-traffic events throughout March. This includes a “Month of Rewards” designed to incentivize the migration of existing users and attract new players to the revamped interface.

The timing of the software launch is intended to align with the platform’s flagship tournament series, including the Cash Game World Championship (CGWC) and the Coin Series of Online Poker (CSOP).

Industry analysts suggest the “Level Up” is a strategic move to capture a larger share of the mid-to-high-stakes market by offering a more robust, modern technical stable.

Ambassador Roster Expansion

The “Level Up” initiative also involves a significant expansion of the company’s public-facing professional team. A major, as-yet-unnamed “world-famous” poker personality is slated to be unveiled as a brand ambassador on the launch date.

This individual will join an established roster that expanded significantly between 2025 and early 2026, currently featuring high-stakes regulars and content creators such as YoH Viral, Mariano, Brantzen Wong, Patrick Leonard, and Bencb.

By moving toward a more sophisticated software solution, CoinPoker appears to be transitioning from a niche, decentralized provider to a more direct competitor in the global online poker industry.
