This week’s Andalucia Masters is the big DP World Tour event, which will be played at the Real Club de Golf Sotogrande with the star name on show – Jon Rahm. But just how much is the Andalucia Masters Prize money for the winner and what is the full purse ahead of the event?

2024 Andalucia Masters Prize Money Purse Is $3.25m

Next up for golf fans on the DP World Tour is a trip to Spain for the Andalucia Masters and the event organisers will be licking their lips with homebred and former world number one Jon Rahm in the line-up.

As normal with the European Tour tournaments, the action gets underway on Thursday and will run through to the final round on Sunday, with the action being played out at the Real Club de Golf Sotogrande course, which is on the south coast of Spain.

The Andalucia Masters used to be hosted at Valderrama, but that venue was snapped up by the LIV Golf League in 2023 – hence why this event has had a new home for the last few years.

While having only started in 2010, the Andalucia Masters, which carries a purse of $3.25m, is also a relatively new tournament on the tour.

How Much Will The 2024 Andalucia Masters Winner Get?

Of the $3.25m Andalucia Masters purse, the winner will bank $552,500, with the runner-up getting $357,500 and the third $204,750.

The Andalucia Masters also offers 1,500 Ryder Cup points and 5,000 Race to Dubai points (835 for the winner)

The best golf betting sites in the UK are taking no chances on big Spanish hitter Jon Rahm – making the LIV golfer the clear favourite to win the Andalucia Masters.

Rahm, who is a two-time Major winner, is currently ranked 14th in the world rankings and was runner up in the Spanish Open last month and more recently a fine tied seventh in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

This season Jon Rahm was also the LIV Golf top individual – banking a staggering $18m bonus in the process – and will be looking for his first win in this event.

Since the Andalucia Masters started in 2010 there have been four winners from Spain – the most recent being Adrian Otaegui in 2022, while Sergio Garcia made the event his own with three wins in 2011, 2017 and 2018.

Garcia, however, isn’t in the 2024 Andalucia Masters line-up this week.

The Andalucia Masters 2024 will still feature 17 players from Spain – see below.
