The 2024/25 season was disappointing for both men’s and women’s teams of Manchester City, as they finished without silverware. Man City Women ended the WSL campaign in fourth place, thus missing out on Champions League qualification.
This year, they will be led by Andree Jeglertz, who left his position as Denmark coach after their group stage exit in Euro 2025. Under his tutelage, City have signed defenders Jade Rose and Laura Wienroither, goalkeeper Eartha Cumings, and midfield duo of Lohmann and Iman Beney.
