His Excellency Turki Alalshikh announced in mid-January that Eubank Jr vs Benn was finally agreed and would take place in April in London. Now, the official date, venue and undercard has also been announced.

The Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn undercard sees a whole host of British stars feature. Two former world champions feature in tough fights, as do several of the hottest prospects in the UK.

Boxing fans are in for a treat on April 26th, with names such as Chris Billam-Smith, Liam Smith, Viddal Riley and Anthony Yarde all in action on the Eubank Jr vs Benn undercard.

There has been four fights officially announced so far, with further bouts expected to be added to the bill. Promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed plans for a Johnny Fisher vs Dave Allen rematch on the card too, as well as a few other potential fights.

The co-main event sees Matchroom Boxing’s latest addition Liam Smith take on unbeaten Irishman Aaron McKenna in a middleweight contest. This is a huge fight for both, with it simply a ‘must win’ for ‘Beefy’ if he is to continue fighting at the highest level.

A trilogy between Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur has also been officially announced, with the pair of British light-heavyweights having both beaten each other once before.

Chris Billam-Smith also returns in his first fight since losing his world title to Gilberto Ramirez, as he takes on Brandon Glanton in a cruiserweight bout.

The only other fight on the Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn undercard that has been officially announced is a sensational British match-up in the cruiserweight division. Viddal Riley takes a huge step up against Cheavon Clarke, who will be looking to get back to winning ways after suffering the first defeat of his career last time out.
