Formula One heads to Silverstone this weekend for the 12th Grand Prix of the 2025 season, marking the halfway mark of the campaign.Â
McLaren duo, Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, are the top two championship contenders. The Papaya outfit are also the team to beat in the Constructors’ Championship, leading Ferrari by a whopping 207 points after 11 Grands Prix.
F1, however, extends far beyond inter-team clashes. The intra-team rivalries often produce more intense and dramatic battles. With two drivers driving identical cars, there is nowhere to hide.
Winning a Grand Prix is the ultimate goal, but when it comes to raw pace and technical precision, Qualifying often emerges as the purest test. Before the 20 best drivers take to the track for the final time before the summer break, we take a look at the most dominant teammates of the campaign.

A VERY BRITISH WELCOME
Oliver Bearman was smitten with Percy Pig, a British favourite, as he arrived in the paddock this morning. He stopped for a hug, several in actual fact, and was very keen to see who was inside the supermarket mascot. Just yesterday, Ollie signed 2,000 caps… pic.twitter.com/OuQLBJ7vAP
