Former England captain John Terry has invested in the football betting app LEBOM, which allows users to create groups, set a stake and win money off their friends by predicting Premier League results each week.

During his playing days, John Terry influenced hundreds of games with his rock-solid defending – and the odd goal.
However, now the former Chelsea legend is retired he can’t impact the outcome of a game – but he can use his football knowledge to try and predict the scores.
Which is what Terry will be hoping to do ahead of the new Premier League season with the football predictor app he’s throwing his weight behind.
Terry has been announced this week as investor and brand ambassador for up-and-coming football app LEBOM.

Lebom launched back in 2021 and have seen their user base grow to 65,000 in 2024/25.
With the product allowing users to set up their own private groups, agree a stake and take on their mates in a weekly football prediction game across the Premier League fixtures.
Points are then scored for correct outcomes and bonus points for correct scores – with the player with the most points landing the pot.
Terry To Get Involved With Product Development At Lebom
It seems Terry isn’t just chucking in some cash and sitting back, as he’ll also be involved in the product development of the app that helps predict the outcome and scores
Just like thousands of punters do each weekend on the football betting sites.
The app also allows users to bet against each other or challenge friends. Then set a stake that is held in a pot and winnings distributed to the players with the most points.
It’s also reported that Terry will assist the app’s product development when it comes to predicting the weekly Premier League fixtures – that kicks-off on Friday 15th August.
On his new investment with Lebom Terry added – “I’ve been playing Lebom with my family and close mates. It’s honestly brought a whole new energy to the weekend’s football.”

What Is LEBOM – The Football Predicting App?
Lebom is a football predictor game that allows users to pit their wits against pals and friends.
Users predict the results of the upcoming Premier League games – agree on a stake that goes into a pot.
Points are won for getting the correct result – like a team to win or predicting the draw.
With bonus points awarded for any correct score. The player with the most points after each round of Premier League games – scoops the pot.
Groups can be created, and stakes can be set and agreed on by the players in that group.

- Game kick-off you’ll begin with 6 points for correct result (draw)
- 1-0 you lose those points as the game is no longer a draw
- 1-1 you get 6 points (draw), plus 20 bonus points for calling the correct score
- As long as the score remains like this until FT you’ll keep those 26 points
