Premier League Betting Tips On Tuesday 30th Dec 2025: Arsenal Welcome In-Form Villa to Emirates
There is no let-up for the Premier League sides at the moment, as hot on the heels of the Christmas games sees the gameweek 19 matches spread out over Tuesday 30th December and Thursday 1st January.
With the standout match seeing league leaders Arsenal welcoming in-form Aston Villa to the Emirates, where there are only three points between the two sides.
Villa have already beaten the Gunners this season too, so are they over-priced at 6/1 for the win?
The Premier League sack race betting odds market could get another shake-up on Tuesday too as struggling West Ham entertain Brighton.
Another loss for the Hammers and manager Nuno Espirito Santo will come under more pressure to be shown the door.
Chelsea also take on Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge, and Manchester United host rock bottom Wolves.
There are SIX Tuesday Premier League games to look out for.
So, if you are having a wager on Tuesday’s big games – see our quick-fire stats-based Premier League betting tips, which will hopefully point you in the direction of a few winners.
Burnley vs Newcastle 19:30
With only 12 points this season, then it’s no shock to see Burnley as short as 1/20 to be relegated.
They head into gameweek 19 six points off the fourth from bottom side Forest.
Next up for the Clarets, as they try and turn their season around, is a home clash with Newcastle, who are only five places ahead of Burnley (14th) and not exactly firing this season either.
The pair met at St James’ Park earlier this season, which resulted in a 2-1 home win for Newcastle.
Which was the latest in a long run of wins for the Magpies over Burnley – having now won their last seven league games vs the Clarets.
While in all competitions the Toon will come into Tuesday’s game having lost just ONE of their last 13 vs Burnley.
Five of the last seven league H2H’s went OVER 2.5 GOALS, so this might appeal at 4/5.
Plus, both teams have also scored in five of the last seven, which is on offer at 4/5 too.
However, with nine of Newcastle’s last 11 games seeing 3+ goals (82%), this is how we are going to play this one.
BEST BET: OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 4/5Â
Match Odds
- Burnley 9/2
- Draw 10/3
- Newcastle 4/6
Chelsea vs Bournemouth 19:30
Chelsea will be looking to get back on track after losing to Villa last time – having been 1-0 up and in control.
But they are blessed with another home clash, and the match betting odds also suggest they are the ones to beat against Bournemouth.
The pair met earlier this season at the Vitality Stadium, which ended in a 0-0 draw – and this repeat fixture last season also ended all-square (2-2).
In fact, with three of the last six H2H’s between these two ending in draws, them the 7/2 might look value on another stalemate.
That said, Chelsea are eight games unbeaten against Bournemouth, with the last time the Cherries beating the Blues coming in this fixture in 2019.
Bournemouth are also coming here without a win in their last nine games though – with their last victory coming in October against Forest at home.
They’ve also only won one league game on their travels this season and so let’s just keep this one simple.
A Chelsea win at 8/13, despite being odds on – still looks fair value.
BEST BET: CHELSEA WIN @ 8/13
Match Odds
- Chelsea 8/13
- Draw 7/2
- Bournemouth 5/1
Nottingham Forest vs Everton 19:30
Next up is Forest hosting Everton in a game, despite the league positions, the layers are suggesting will go to the home side.
Forest are 17th, with 18 points, with Everton 12th on 25 points.
However, there are some words of caution if you are wading into the 5/4 on a Forest win.
The Toffees beat Forest earlier this season 3-0 at home and have won four of their last five and lost one of their last seven against the Nottingham team.
Another standout stat that’s built up in recent H2H’s is that ALL of the last five clashed saw both teams NOT score.
This can be backed at 10/11, which looks fair value for a bet that’s paid out in ALL of the last five.
But with Everton’s fair record over Forest in recent games with them – the 8/11 in the Double Chance market on Everton/Draw also looks decent value.
BEST BET: DOUBLE CHANCE ‘Everton/Draw’ @ 8/11
Match Odds
- Nottingham Forest 5/4
- Draw 23/10
- Everton 11/4
West Ham vs Brighton 19:30
Having lost to Fulham in their last match West Ham are now as short as 4/9 to be relegated from the Premier League this season – with only Wolves and Burnley shorter odds.
The Hammers sit in 18th on 13 points and will now head into gameweek 19 five points detached from Forest in 17th.
Another loss and the next West Ham manager betting odds market is sure to be very active again – with former boss Slaven Bilic one of the fancies to takeover.
Next up is a home clash with Brighton as they look to get their season back on track and avoid the drop.
However, despite being the home side the bookies are making West Ham the 9/4 outsiders to win, with Brighton the 11/10 favourites.
The pair played out a 1-1 draw earlier in the season and a repeat can be backed again here at 13/2.
The Seagulls have also only lost ONE of their last 17 vs West Ham.
But it’s worth pointing out these sides do love a draw – they’ve shared the points NINE times in the last 14 H2H’s.
Both teams have also scored in the last three meetings and in 11 of the last 14, so at 4/6, then each side to find the back of the net looks a solid option here.
BEST BET: BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 4/6Â
Match Odds
- West Ham 9/4
- Draw 12/5
- Brighton 11/10
Arsenal vs Aston Villa 19:30
It’s top vs third here and so this is the clear standout match from this set of fixtures.
Villa will be on their Christmas cloud nine still after coming back from a goal down to beat Chelsea away in their last game.
While the Gunners just got over the line in their most recent match, with a 2-1 home win over Brighton.
With home advantage it’s no shock to see Arsenal as the clear 8/15 favourites here.
But don’t forget Villa have already beaten Arsenal this season in the league (2-1 at home), so the 6/1 on an away win looks huge.
The other plus is that Villa have lost only ONE of their last five vs Arsenal.
So, the 13/8 on a Villa/Draw in the Double Chance market also looks cracking value – which will mean only an Arsenal win here can scupper the bet.
BEST BET: VILLA/DRAW ‘DOUBLE CHANCE’ @ 13/8
Match Odds
- Arsenal 8/15
- Draw 10/3
- Aston Villa 6/1
Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers 20:15
With Wolves already having one eye in the Championship and still to record a win in the league this season – it will be a shock if this isn’t anything but a United win.
The pair only played three weeks ago and that ended in an easy 4-1 away win for the Red Devils and more of the same looks on the cards.
United have lost only two league games at home this term – while, as we know, Wolves are winless both home and away in the league.
Wolves will, however, might gain some confidence from having won two of their last three vs Man Utd – doing the double over them last season.
The last six repeat fixtures also ALL went UNDER 2.5 GOALS, so this could be an option at a fair 11/8.
While Wolves have also scored in ALL of their last four vs United, so Wanderers to find the back of the net at 8/11 is the way to go here.
BEST BET: WOLVES OVER 0.5 GOALS @ 8/11
Match Odds
- Man Utd 4/11
- Draw 9/2
- Wolves 7/1
