Boxing legend Roy Jones Jr believes that three-weight undisputed champion Terence Crawford is actually unbeatable.
After extending his unbeaten record to 42-0 against Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in their undisputed super-middleweight bout, Crawford is now a five-weight and three-division undisputed world champion.

Former four-weight world champion and boxing icon Roy Jones Jr believes that Terence Crawford is unbeatable.
Following his comprehensive unanimous decision victory over the great Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, Crawford became the first three-weight undisputed champion in boxing history.
Crawford was the pre-fight underdog with boxing betting sites to beat the great Mexican, but put on a punch-perfect performance to extend his unbeaten record to 42-0.
Crawford’s win over ‘Canelo’ now means he has won a world title in five different weight classes ranging from lightweight (135-pounds) to super-middleweight (168-pounds).
Not only that, but super-middleweight is now the third weight category that ‘Bud’ has won every single belt in, becoming the first man in history to achieve this feat.
Following his monumental victory over ‘Canelo’, boxing legend Roy Jones Jr believes the 37-year-old could be unbeatable. Talk about high praise coming from a man who himself is regarded as one of the greatest fighters of all time.
Jones Jr was full of praise for his fellow American, who he feels could retire now and sail off into the sunset as one of the greatest fighters to ever live. There is an argument that Crawford is now an all-time great, of that there is no doubt.

Roy Jones Jr: ‘Nobody’s Going To Beat Him’
Prior to the fight, Roy Jones Jr gave a shock Canelo vs Terence Crawford prediction. The four-weight world champion picked Crawford to win the fight despite being the underdog, which he did so in exemplary fashion.
Although price-setters and the majority of fans felt ‘Canelo’ would beat Crawford, Jones was adamant that ‘Bud’ would get the job done. He of course proved to be correct.
In the aftermath of Crawford’s Herculean triumph over the great Mexican, Jones Jr revealed that there isn’t a fighter in the world he feels could beat ‘Bud’.
Speaking in interview to Boxing King Media, Jones revealed this thoughts on what makes Crawford such a special fighter, adding that he doesn’t think there is anyone in the world capable of beating the three-weight undisputed king:
“No, nobody’s going to beat him, nobody’s going to beat him. The fact that he fought on both sides and he’s a winner at heart, his heart is everything,” said Jones Jr.
It remains to be seen what happens with ‘Bud’ going forward. There has been some talk that Terence Crawford’s next fight could be back down at middleweight, or perhaps a rematch with ‘Canelo’ at 168-pounds again.
However, nothing is concrete yet whilst the 37-year-old celebrates this outstanding and monumental victory. There is no doubt that Crawford has cemented himself as an all-time great and one of the greatest fighters to ever grace the ring.
