Sunderland will look to extend their excellent Premier League run when they host Everton at the Stadium of Light on Monday night.
The Black Cats have scored 17 points from nine Premier League matches this season and are in seventh place in the Premier League table. They will move to second if they beat Everton on Matchday 10.
Everton’s Monday Night Football record, however, is admirable. And while the Toffees are trailing Sunderland in the league table, their experience could make it a tricky test for the hosts, who are playing their first Premier League game on Monday night since 2017.
