Tom Aspinall vs Ciryl Gane is almost upon us as it headlines the upcoming UFC 321 fight card in the next pay-per-view event.
The UFC Heavyweight Title is on the line in the main event, with Aspinall aiming to make a successful first defence since being upgraded to the full heavyweight king.

The next UFC pay-per-view event is just around the corner as Tom Aspinall vs Ciryl Gane headlines this UFC 321 fight card on Saturday, October 25 at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.
Not only does this compelling heavyweight contest headline UFC 321, but there are several other 50/50 fights on the bill prior to the big one in the main event.
The main event itself is of course Aspinall’s first UFC Heavyweight Title defence, looking to defend the full belt following Jon Jones vacating instead of fighting the Englishman.
Ahead of UFC 321, UFC betting sites have listed the champion as a heavy favourite to beat the former heavyweight title challenger. Gane has looked very beatable of late, with Aspinall looking unstoppable on the flip side.
Aspinall secured three successive first round knockouts on route to becoming the heavyweight king, and has ran through the entire division bar Gane in such a short period of time.
Depending on how UFC 321 goes, Aspinall wants two fights this year so may well even compete again in December before the year is out. For this to be possible he must of course defeat the Frenchman in the UFC 321 main event.
Gane will be confident of the upset, especially given Aspinall’s inactivity due to waiting on the Jon Jones fight that never materialised. Either way, UFC 321 is sure to be an epic night of MMA action.

Mackenzie Dern Confirmed As Co-Main Event On UFC 321 Fight Card
Tom Aspinall is open to an Alex Pereira clash should the light-heavyweight champion move up, but first must defeat Ciryl Gane in the UFC 321 main event.
Prior to Aspinall vs Gane though there are several other big fights and 50/50 match-ups. One of these includes the popular Mackenzie Dern, who features in the co-main event in a women’s strawweight battle.
Dern is set to take on Virna Jandiroba over three rounds, with potential title implications going forward in 2026. Jandiroba is the #1 contender to Zhang Weili’s UFC Women’s Strawweight Title, so the winner here could well get that fight early in the New Year.
Elsewhere on the UFC 321 fight card, several other big names feature.
Heavyweight veteran Alexander Volkov takes on Brazil’s Jailton Almedia over three rounds on the main card, with former UFC Bantamweight Title challenger Umar Nurmagomedov also returning. He takes on Mario Bautista over three rounds a5 135-pounds.
Alexander Rakic vs Azamat Murzakanov is the first fight on the main card, with seven other fights confirmed as part of the prelims and early prelims.
There are five fights in total on the main card, with a total of seven bouts on both preliminary cards combined at UFC 321. A whole host of UFC bonuses are sure to be dished out by Dana White in the aftermath of this bumper pay-per-view event.
