What is the dartboard that players will be using at the PDC World Darts Championship 2025? Here is everything you need to know about the Winmau Blade 6 Triple Core – the best Winmau dartboard on the market being used at Ally Pally for a third successive year.

PDC World Darts Championship 2025 Dartboard Brand

In 2022, darts manufacturer Winmau took over from Unicorn as the PDC’s official dartboard supplier. The PDC and Winmau agreed a five-year sponsorship agreement, making them the sole provider of dart boards for the PDC.

This meant that Winmau’s flagship board, the Blade 6 Triple Core Carbon, will be used at all PDC events until 2027 – including the upcoming 2025 World Darts Championship and beyond.

Winmau have been a major player in the sport for some time now. They are the primary sponsors for two of the best players in the world – Michael van Gerwen and Joe Cullen. Not to mention the likes of Daryl Gurney, Steve Beaton and Mark Webster.

The Blade 6 Triple Core was launched in 2021, which features a three-part sisal base and sixth-generation Blade technology to provide the best playing experience possible.

The board has an anti-glare number ring and features the PDC logo on the surface. It is fitted with an easily adjustable rota-lock mounting system and is simple to hang on any wall.

It is without a doubt the single best dartboard on the market right now.

Winmau Dartboard Used For Third Successive World Darts Championship

The 2025 World Darts Championship marks the third successive year a Winmau dartboard will be used. As previously mentioned, the Winmau Blade 6 Triple Core Carbon is the best board on the market. It has been used by the PDC in all of their worldwide events now for almost three years.

Unicorn were previously the biggest name in darts and had a 25-year-long partnership with the PDC. However, this partnership ended in early 2022 with Unicorn deciding to focus on inspiring others to play the sport.

This is why all of the best darts players in the world including Luke Littler, Luke Humphries and Michael Smith will be throwing their darts at a Winmau dartboard at Ally Pally for a third successive World Championships.

According to Winmau, the board is the ‘most future driven, high-performance long-lasting dartboard in the world’ which combines ‘futuristic design and masterful longevity.’

The board is available to buy at a price of £79.95 with most major retailers. However, it can can be often found cheaper with frequent discounts.
