Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers set the record for most receptions by a rookie in a season with 112 and the most receiving yards by a rookie tight end with 1,194. Bowers was a first-team All-Pro selection.

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels was sensational all year, with 3,568 passing yards and 25 touchdowns. Daniels also led all rookie quarterbacks in rushing yards (891) and rushing touchdowns (6). His 6.9 completion percentage is the highest by a qualified rookie quarterback ever. Daniels also joined Russell Wilson, Mark Sanchez, and Joe Flacco as the only rookie quarterbacks to win playoff games.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving started the season behind Rachaad White. Irving’s talent eventually won out, as the talented back led all rookies in rushing yards (1,122), scrimmage yards (1,514), and rushing touchdowns (8).

New York Giants Malik Nabers finished the season with 109 receptions (2nd among rookies), 1,204 receiving yards (2nd among rookies), and seven touchdown receptions (4th among rookies). Nabers set the record for most games with five or more receptions by a rookie with 14.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix led all rookie quarterbacks in passing yards (3,775), completions (376), and touchdown passes (29). Nix led the Broncos to the postseason for the first time since 2015.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. led all rookies with 87 receptions, 1,282 receiving yards, and 10 touchdowns.

2024 NFL Rookie of the Year Snubs

In a rare turn of events, there really aren’t any snubs worthy of surpassing one of the six nominees.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey is the first name to come to mind when discussing snubs. McConkey quickly became Justin Herbert’s No. 1 target, recording 82 receptions for 1,149 yards and seven touchdowns.

Though his team struggled, Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams finished with average numbers: 3,541 yards, 20 touchdowns, and six interceptions.
