Jimmy Garoppolo
Jimmy G was drafted in 2014 and made one Super Bowl appearance. He lost in Super Bowl LIV against the Kansas City Chiefs 31-20.
The 49ers were up by 10 points with seven minutes left in the game but squandered the lead to Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Kansas City scored 21 points in five minutes to win the game.
Joe Burrow
Joe Burrow is one of the best QBs in the league. He was the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Burrow has made one Super Bowl appearance which was a loss to the LA Rams in Super Bowl XXIII.
The Bengals lost a close game 23-20. Burrow was sacked seven times in the Super Bowl. Burrow set a playoff record for most times sacked in a single postseason, being sacked 19 times during the playoff run.
Brock Purdy
Brock Purdy was Mr. Irrelevant, being selected with the very last pick of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Still, he helped lead the 49ers to Super Bowl LVIII but came up short 25-22 in overtime against Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Purdy became the lowest-drafted QB to start a Super Bowl.
