Aston Villa, Celtic, Nottingham Forest and Rangers all found out their fate in the Europa League this season after the league phase draw was complete.
The draw took place in Monaco on Friday afternoon, with former Bayern Munich defender Jurgen Klinsmann pulling the names out.
Aston Villa earned a spot in the Europa League from their 6th place finish in the Premier League last year.
Both of the Scottish sides in Celtic and Rangers failed in their Champions League qualifiers and dropped down to Europe’s second competition as a result.
Nottingham Forest had the most controversial route to Europe as they were upgraded from the Conference League after Crystal Palace lost their Europa League appeal to remain in the competition.
The Eagles lost their place in the Europa League as a result of UEFA’s multi-club ownership rules.
British teams will fancy their chances in the competition again this year after Tottenham beat Manchester United in an all-English final last season.
Aston Villa are currently the favourites to win the Europa League at a price of 6/1 with UK betting sites.

When does Europa League start?
While the teams all know who they are facing this season, dates for all of the Europa League fixtures will be confirmed over the weekend.
The league phase of the 2025/26 competition gets underway on the 24 September.
