Arsenal have secured a double transfer swoop for Ecuadorian twins Edwin and Holger Quintero ahead of next month’s January window.
The club have agreed a deal in principle to sign the pair from Independiente Del Valle, once they turn 18 in 2027.
The Quintero brothers, currently 16, are in London this week in order to confirm the moves.
No formal announcement is expected yet, but they will sign contracts and complete other formalities.

No fee has been confirmed for Arsenal’s latest double transfer move.
But the decision to lock in a future deal for two exciting young talents continues the Gunners’ recent tactic of trying to recruit the best young talents from around the world.
In October, Arsenal signed 16-year-old Victor Ozhianvuna from Shamrock Rovers.
The Irish midfielder will join in January 2027, once he too turns 18.

Edwin and Holger Quintero won’t be the first Independiente players to earn Premier League moves.
The Sangolquí side is considered one of the top talent factories in the Ecuadorian Serie A.
Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo and current Arsenal defender Piero Hincapié, both came through the ranks at the club.
Chelsea have also agreed deals for two more teenagers from Independiente, with Kendry Páez and Deinner Ordonez set to join.
But it was Arsenal who beat off competition from around Europe to secure the Quintero twins.

The gunners are thought to have been monitoring the duo for more than a year.
Having drawn comparisons to Brazil legeng Neymar, Edwin Quintero is a particularly eye-catching talent.
The pacy right winger has bags of technical ability and raw talent, and a huge celing.
His brother, meanwhile, is an attacking midfielder than has also shown plenty of promise.
The double deal has been viewed by many as a serious coup for Arsenal’s academy.
And with Dowman, Nwaneri and other producing top-level displays for the first team already, the club have shown a clear pathway for young talent to progress through the age groups.
Dowman’s goal against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Youth League was another reminder of how strong the club’s academy has become.
If this exciting set of brothers reach the potential Arsenal hope they can, they may just prove to be the bargain signings of the season.
