The Professional Golfers’ Association encompasses the American association of men’s golf as well as Great Britain and Ireland among other entities. Sportscasting covers the PGA Tour, which was founded in 1929 and also organizes the PGA Tour Champions and Korn Ferry Tour. The PGA Tour runs The Players Championship, the FedEx Cup, and the Presidents Cup. The nonprofit organization does not run the four major championships or the Ryder Cup.
