Manchester United legend Patrice Evra is rumoured to be a new contestant on Season 2 of the Sidemen’s reality TV show.
Evra hasn’t been one to shy away from the media spotlight since calling time on his professional playing career and he’s taking his next step in pop-culture.
British YouTube superstars – known as the ‘Sidemen’ – boast almost 150 million subscribers between them and the group launched ‘Inside’ in June, which has been a smash hit ever since.
The first season of the show aired on YouTube, which saw ten influencers locked in a house together for a week – battling for a prize worth up to £1 million.
It was such a success that it caught the eye of Netflix bosses, who will host Season 2 and have also commissioned a US version to be released in the near future.
The second season of Inside will launch in 2025 and according to Twitter user @luxcurv, Evra is expected to feature on the show which tallied 14 million views on its pilot episode earlier this year.

Money-hungry Evra heads Inside as former United star set to join forces with the Sidemen
While we will probably never know Evra’s true goal behind his new excursion into the reality TV sphere, it might have something to do with a suspended 12-month prison sentence he was slapped with in July.
The former France international was found guilty of abandoning his family for over two years and allegedly owes over £800,000 in unpaid alimony to his ex-wife and their two children.
There is likely to be a lucrative financial package waiting for Evra from the Sidemen and the 43-year-old is no stranger to the modern social media scene, where he has been the subject of controversy over the years.
Following his retirement from the game, Evra appeared almost desperate to clutch onto relevancy and is well known for his bizarre posts on Twitter and Instagram – such as a video clip where he kissed and spanked a raw chicken.
He enjoyed a decorated, 20-year career in football where he reached the 2004 Champions League Final with Monaco which earned him a move to Manchester United – winning 14 trophies including five Premier League titles and a Champions League in eight years.
