The latest Jhon Duran transfer news suggests several of Europe’s biggest sides are interested in the Aston Villa forward.
Colombian striker Duran has impressed for Villa this season, putting in several eye-catching performances.
He garnered significant interest over the summer from the likes of Chelsea and West Ham, but now appears to be on the radar of Europe’s top clubs.
Duran scored the winner in Villa’s league opener against West Ham, and has 11 in all competitions so far.
Most memorable of these was his Champions League winner against Bayern Munich.
His long-range effort beat Manuel Neuer to secure a famous victory at Villa Park.

And the hype has only grown around the 21-year-old forward since then. French mega-club PSG are said to be interested, as well as Barcelona.
Villa will not part with their man cheaply, though. It is reported that the Midlands outfit would demand a fee in excess of £60m for the Colombian.
Latest Jhon Duran Transfer News: Player’s Entourage Meet With Barcelona
According to a report from Spanish outlet Sport 45, Duran’s agent met with the Catalan club recently.
The meeting allegedly took place in Barcelona, and confirmed both the club’s interest in Duran, and the player’s interest in a potential move.
However, the report goes on to mention that no official negotiations have taken place.
With Barcelona struggling to meet La Liga’s wage cap – leading to the failed registration of Spanish international Dani Olmo – it seems unlikely any move will materialise for now.
But the meeting does indicate a willingness to agree on a move in future.
However, with Duran signing a new deal at Aston Villa in October, he is tied to the Premier League side until 2030.
As a result, the ball is firmly in Villa’s court regarding the sale of one of their top attacking assets.
Any transfer would therefore require a massive fee in order to meet Villa’s valuation, which could put Duran out of reach for Barcelona.
For PSG, on the other hand, money will almost certainly not be an issue, should they decide Duran is worth the price.
