Antonio Conte’s side are just one point behind Inter and can take pole position in Serie A with a win on Saturday evening.
However, Napoli’s run of 10 matches without defeat came to an end in their most recent clash, losing 2-1 away to Como.
A 10-game unbeaten run seems great on paper, but this run was made up of six consecutive wins and then followed with four straight draws meaning Napoli are winless from their last five.
Belgium international and Napoli’s talisman, Romelu Lukaku, is also in a poor run of form after failing to score in his last four appearances and will be looking to turn things around against his former side.
Speaking of Inter, their form has been mixed in recent weeks, winning just two of their last five Serie A matches and scoring just four goals.
Inzaghi’s side are favourites on UK betting sites after a strong result in the Coppa Italia, as they beat Lazio 2-0 to progress to the semi-finals where a battle with AC Milan awaits.

Napoli will be without Frank Anguissa, David Neres and Pasquale Mazzochi as the trio are all continuing their recovery from injury.
Philip Billing started in Napoli’s midfield during their most recent defeat, in hopes of keeping Anguissa away from picking up a booking and missing the Inter clash.
However, Anguissa picked up a knock after coming on for Billing in the 62nd minute against Como and the Bournemouth loanee is set to start once more.
As for Inter, Marcus Thuram is set to return from injury and feature against Napoli after missing the last two matches through injury.
However, Matteo Darmian, Carlos Augusto, Nicola Zalewski and Yann Sommer will not be available for the next couple of weeks.
