Viktor Gyokeres Stuns Fans With Screamer
New Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres is already impressing fans with his world class finishing, as he was caught on film netting a screamer during an open training session on Wednesday.
The Gunners are currently out in Hong Kong, where they’re preparing to face Tottenham in the first North London derby to take place outside of the UK as part of their pre-season tour.
They have already played two games this summer, beating both AC Milan and Newcastle.
Gyokeres, who joined from Sporting in a deal worth up to £63.5m on a five-year contract last week, was officially unveiled as an Arsenal player ahead of their clash against the Magpies.

He netted 54 goals in 52 appearances for the Liga Portugal champions last term and totalled 97 goals in 102 appearances for the club across a two-year spell. Considered to be one of the deadliest strikers on the planet, Gunners fans are understandably thrilled by his arrival.
Supporters got to catch a glimpse of the Swede on Wednesday, and he didn’t disappoint.
Alongside his new teammates, he took part in an open training session at the Kai Tak Stadium, stunning those in attendance with a wonderful right-footed finish into the top corner.
Latching onto a through ball, the 27-year-old took just one touch before smashing home.
The Emirates faithful responded with delight to the video, with many dubbing the ex-Coventry and Swansea man a ‘goal machine’, while others tipped him to score over 30 goals next term.
He is currently the third favourite to finish as the Premier League’s top goalscorer, behind Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah, with football betting sites pricing him at 6/1 to achieve the feat.

When Will Gyokeres Make His Arsenal Debut?
Having missed Sporting’s pre-season training amid his move to Arsenal, there have been doubts over Gyokeres’ fitness levels.
Mikel Arteta admitted that the forward would need to be assessed by the North Londoners’ medical staff. If all is well though, he could make his debut against Tottenham on Thursday.
Asked if Gyokeres will be ready to face Spurs, Arteta responded: “He has only done today’s session and yesterday very little.
“We are going to assess tonight where he is.
“If the medical staff are pleased with his condition it is possible.”
The Gunners return to the UK after the game for their final two pre-season outings. They host LaLiga duo Villarreal and Athletic Club to round off their preparations for the new season.
Their competitive campaign gets underway on Sunday, 17 August, as they travel to Old Trafford for their opening day fixture in the Premier League against Manchester United.
Arsenal are favoured to beat the Red Devils at the time of writing, priced by bookmakers at 11/10.
