World Series Of Darts Finals Qualifier Field Confirmed

All eyes are on the World Series of Darts Finals next month in Amsterdam, as the AFAS Live Arena takes centre-stage for this major darts tournament.

The World Series Finals marks the first major since the World Matchplay in July, where Luke Littler reigned supreme after beating James Wade in a thrilling final in Blackpool.

Littler will head to Amsterdam next months as the pre-tournament favourite with UK betting sites, looking to go back-to-back having won the tournament 12 months ago.

A total of 32 players will feature in the World Series of Darts Finals next month in the Netherlands. So far, 26 players have booked their place in the event, with a further six still hoping to qualify.

With that in mind, the final qualifier field for the World Series Finals has been officially confirmed. Several high-profile players will bid to claim one of the six places remaining for next month’s major.

Former world champion Michael Smith, rising Dutch star Gian van Veen, former World Matchplay king Dimitri van den Bergh and former Masters champion Joe Cullen are just some of the big names in action.

Wednesday, August 27 will see 89 players in action in the World Series of Darts Finals Qualifier, hoping to claim one of the coveted spots for the tournament proper next month.

Six Spots Up For Grabs In World Series Qualifier

A total of 89 PDC Tour Card holders will battle it out in the qualifier for the World Series of Darts Final.

As previously mentioned, just six spots are up for grabs to complete the full field for the World Series Finals next month in the Netherlands.

Prior to the PDC Tour Card qualifier on Wednesday, August 27, there is a Players Championship double-header min Milton Keynes on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th August.

Then, all eyes are on Wednesday’s final qualifier to see which six players will book their place in the 2025 Jacks Casino World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam from September 12-14.

One man who is hoping to book his place at the World Series of Darts Finals next month is ‘Bully Boy’. Michael Smith opened up on his relentless injury problems in a recent interview, but is confident he will get back to his best very soon.

Qualifying for the World Series Finals could be the first step in the former world champion getting back to his tantalising best as he aims to climb back up the PDC Order of Merit after dropping to no.21 in the world.

Performing well at the World Series of Darts Finals qualifier event would be a great start for Smith.
