As the dust starts to settle on the 2025 Ryder Cup, the attention is now looking ahead to the next one as the layers price-up the Ryder Cup betting odds 2027 – and they are already making Europe the big favourites to defend their title again.Β
Ryder Cup Betting Odds 2027 – Europe Big Favourites To Win Again
Europe defied the odds at the 2025 Ryder Cup, beating USA 15-13 and winning for only the fifth time in the history of the event away from home.
Before a ball was hit at Bethpage Black Course in 2025, the layers had made USA the 4/6 odds-on favourites to win, with Europe as big as 7/4.
However, after dominating the opening two days foursomes and fourballs, team Europe headed into Sunday’s singles with a commanding 11-4.5.
Making then long odds-on to gain a famous win.
A gutsy final day singles fightback from the USA saw them win 8.5 points and Europe 3.5 points on the Sunday.
But despite some nervy moments, the visitors got over the line to win 15-13 and successfully defend the Ryder Cup.
So, what price are Europe in the Ryder Cup betting odds 2027 market to win again?

You can see above the layers are making EUROPE the big favourites to win again at 8/13, with team USA 2/1 and the tie at 9/1.
Meaning these odds are almost a reverse of how they priced up the 2025 Ryder Cup.
But with Europe having home advantage in 2027 and the current bragging rights – it’s easy to see why the bookies are taking no chances on their Ryder Cup 2027 odds.
Where Is The 2027 Ryder Cup Being Played?
The Ryder Cup 2027 will be played at Adare Manor in Limerick, Ireland.
And with ALL of the last seven events held in Europe going to the home side – then again, this would have been a big factor in pricing up Europe as big favourites in the Ryder Cup 2027 market.
The last time Europe lost the Ryder Cup on their home patch was in 1993, when it was staged at the Belfry.
Looking further ahead, the 2029 Ryder Cup will be back in the USA and held at Hazeltine National Golf Course in Minnesota, who also hosted in 2016.
Adare Manor is just south of Limerick and is owned by legendary Irish horse racing owner and businessman JP McManus.
The course has hosted the Irish Open in the past and it will be the second time the Ryder Cup has been held in Ireland.
With the K Club entertaining in Ireland 2006.
What Is The 2027 Ryder Cup Date?
The 2027 Ryder Cup date is Friday 17th – Sunday 19th September, 2027.
With four days of build-up and practice rounds before (13th-16th Sept, 2027).
Will Luke Donald Captain Europe Again At The 2027 Ryder Cup?

Luke Donald has been the European Ryder Cup captain for the last two Ryder Cups (2023 and 2025).
Many are calling on him to do “two more years”.
However, at this stage it’s not been confirmed if Luke Donald will guide the European team for a third time.
In winning the 2025 Ryder Cup, Donald become the first captain since Tony Jacklin (1985 and 1987) to win back-to-back.
But Jacklin also won a third in 1989, so may this will inspire Luke Donald to try and match his feat.
The layers are suggesting Luke Donald will stick around for a third term though.

Europe Have Won The Ryder Cup Three Times In-a-Row Between 2010-2014
The good news for Europe is they are also no strangers to winning the Ryder Cup three times on the bounce.
They last recorded a trio of wins between 2010 and 2014.
While before that, it was only in 2002, 2004 and 2006 that they also landed a historic treble in consecutive renewals.
