Tottenham are ‘considering’ a £54m move for West Ham and England forward Jarrod Bowen, according to Thursday’s latest Premier League transfer rumours.

Thursday’s Premier League Transfer Rumours

Tottenham Eye Move For West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen

West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen is drawing interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

Spanish outlet Fichajes report that Spurs are ready to make a €60m (£54m) offer for the England international, as they look to bolster their attacking options in January.

It comes amid news of Dominic Solanke’s potential departure this winter, as revealed in Monday’s Premier League transfer roundup, with Thomas Frank unimpressed by the forward.

The Hammers sit in 19th place in the table, primed for relegation as it stands, and Fichajes claim that they are not ruling out selling Bowen if they receive an offer that meets their expectations.

They add that ‘a loan or a move for a lower fee seems unlikely’ and that the £54m fee is ‘not a guarantee in the current market but could be enough to open negotiations’.

Roma Targeting January Move For Joshua Zirkzee

Gazzetta dello Sport report that Joshua Zirkzee is considering a return to Italy.

The Dutchman is said to feature highly on Roma’s list of transfer targets this winter.

Zirkzee is yet to start a game for Manchester United this term, and if he doesn’t start getting some game time soon, he will likely miss out on a place in the Netherlands’ World Cup squad.

Roma are in the market for a striker amid the poor form of Brighton loanee Evan Ferguson, and with Zirkzee boasting previous experience in Serie A with Bologna, he could prove to be a shrewd signing for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.

Aston Villa, Brighton and West Ham are also said to be interested in the 24-year-old.

Fulham Plan To Extend Marco Silva’s Contract

Despite a recent dip in form, Fulham are planning on extending Marco Silva’s contract.

This is according to GiveMeSport, who claim that the Portuguese manager retains support from the Cottagers’ hierarchy as they sit in 17th place in the table, just three points above relegation.

The West London outfit have lost each of their last four in the league and secured advancement to the Carabao Cup quarter-finals with a penalty shootout win over Wycombe in midweek.

Silva was linked with moves away from the club in the summer, with Tottenham reported as strong admirers, therefore Fulham are keen to tie him down to a new long-term deal.

Club Brugge To Battle Anderlecht For Leeds’ Ilan Meslier

Out-of-favour Leeds goalkeeper Ilan Meslier is drawing interest from Belgium and Italy.

The Frenchman has fallen down to third in the pecking order at Elland Road, behind Lucas Perri and Karl Darlow, so he is expected to move on in the upcoming January transfer window.

Leeds wanted to sell Meslier in the summer, but they didn’t receive any suitable offers.

Now though, Voetbal Krant report that Club Brugge have joined the race for the 25-year-old, and they are set to go battle it out with Anderlecht and Inter Milan to seal his signature.

The Whites should receive a small fee for Meslier’s departure. If he doesn’t leave in January though, he will likely leave on a free transfer in the summer when his contract reaches its expiry.

Crystal Palace Eye Manchester City’s Nathan Ake

TEAMtalk are reporting that Crystal Palace are considering a summer move for Nathan Ake.

The four-time Premier League winner, whose minutes at Manchester City have been reduced thus far this term, is seen as an ideal replacement for the outgoing Marc Guehi.

Eagles captain Guehi is set to leave Selhurst Park when his contract expires in the summer.

Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid have all been linked with the England international.

According to the report, City will give ‘serious consideration’ to selling Ake. The Dutchman still has one year remaining on his contract, and it is understood that Pep Guardiola’s side are considering new centre-back options of their own, which could open the door for Ake’s exit.
