Multi-weight world champion Shakur Stevenson has given a confident Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis prediction ahead of their November 14 super-fight.
The undefeated American boxer feels that ‘Tank’ could make the fight look easy if he wants to, and can’t see Paul winning despite the significant weight and size advantage.
Shakur Stevenson Gives Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis Prediction
Shakur Stevenson is widely regarded as one of the best fighters in the world today.
The multi-weight world champion occupies eighth place in the latest Ring Magazine pound-for-pound rankings, having won world titles in three weight classes already.
As well as being one of the best boxers on the planet, Stevenson is also one of the most followed boxers on Instagram with 1.2million+ followers.
As one of the best fighters in the world, Stevenson’s opinions on other fights are always respected. This is no different for the upcoming Jake Paul vs Gervonta Davis super-fight, with the 28-year-old giving his pre-fight thoughts on the November 14 exhibition bout.
Although Paul vs Tank is an exhibition contest and won’t count towards either man’s official record, many fans and fellow fighters are weighing-in with their thoughts on how the bout will play out.
Stevenson is one of those. The 24-0 American is confident that Davis will win the fight with total ease, provided he decides to use his superior skills and boxing IQ to play with ‘The Problem Child’.

Despite favouring ‘Tank’ to beat Paul, Stevenson has reportedly been helping the former YouTuber prepare for the bout with some world-class sparring.
Other world class fighters such as Keyshawn Davis, Ray Ford and Montana Love have also helped Paul in preparation for his bout with the Baltimore man on November 14.
Stevenson hasn’t exactly changed his mind when it comes to his Paul vs Davis prediction, despite having shared several rounds with the Ohio man in the gym in the lead up to the Netflix super-fight.
Shakur Stevenson Predicts Paul vs Tank: Davis Will Make It ‘Look Real Easy’
Shakur Stevenson has been helping Jake Paul prepare for his fight with Gervonta Davis, but still feels his lightweight rival will be far too slick and crafty for ‘The Problem Child’.
The three-division world champion does admit that Paul is a decent level considering he only starting boxing a few years ago, but ultimately feels that Davis will outbox him with ease when it comes to November 14:
“I mean styles will play some part in the fight but if I’m Tank, I’m thinking I just go out there and outbox him and use my knowledge and boxing IQ against him.
“I could see Tank outboxing him and making it look real easy,” revealed the multi-weight world champion.
Stevenson then went on to say that he feels there is no chance whatsoever that Paul even lands a meaningful shot on Davis, and doesn’t even give ‘The Problem Child’ a puncher’s chance:
“No. Tank has been boxing his whole life and has been boxing since a kid, so I doubt that is going to be an issue.
“Jake is good for where he’s at, but I think it’s just levels,” Stevenson told TMZ Sports.
In his own career, Shakur Stevenson vs Teofimo Lopez is confirmed for a super-lightweight world title fight early next year, with an official announcement coming in due course.
