Monday’s Premier League Transfer Rumours

Fulham’s Kevin Watched by Liverpool Chief Scout

Football Insider report that Liverpool’s chief scout Barry Hunter was in attendance at Craven Cottage to watch Fulham winger Kevin as the Cottagers beat Wolves 3-0 on Saturday.

The Brazilian impressed across a 72-minute cameo, in what was his first Premier League start.

Kevin joined Fulham from Shakhtar Donetsk on deadline day for a club-record £34.6m fee, with the Reds now keeping tabs on the 22-year-old after making a strong impression in the capital.

Liverpool are said to be impressed with his dribbling and ability to carry the ball forward, while his versatility in being able to play on both flanks is another valuable quality he possesses.

News of their interest comes amid a poor spell of form for the Merseysiders. Arne Slot’s side have lost six of their last eight matches in all competitions, which has seen a return for Jurgen Klopp become favoured in the next Liverpool manager betting odds market.

Tottenham and Chelsea Eye Porto’s Samu Aghehowa

London duo Tottenham and Chelsea are set to go head-to-head for Porto’s Samu Aghehowa.

The Blues came close to signing the forward for £35m in the summer of 2024, but after failing a medical test, he returned to Atletico Madrid before being shipped off to the Portuguese league.

Since his move, Aghehowa has been nothing short of sensational.

In his first campaign, he totalled 27 goals and three assists in 45 appearances across all competitions. This term, he already has nine goals and one assist to his name in 12 matches.

Correia da Manha report that his stunning form has drawn interest from Spurs and Chelsea.

Aghehowa’s current deal runs until 2029 and reportedly has an £88m release clause, however it is thought that Porto would be willing to sell if they received an offer worth around £70.5m.

Manchester United and Spurs Monitoring Branthwaite

Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite is being monitored by Spurs and Manchester United.

CaughtOffside report that the pair are interested in signing the highly sought-after centre-back, alongside other ‘top’ Premier League clubs, however the Toffees have no intention of selling.

The Merseyside outfit are said to value the England international at around £70m, with his current contract at the Hill Dickinson Stadium running until the summer of 2030.

United have held long-term admiration for the 23-year-old, while Tottenham see him as an ideal fit for Thomas Frank’s system amid their search for a left-footed central defender.

If Everton are swayed into selling Branthwaite, it almost certainly won’t be in January.

Aston Villa Join Man United In Race to Sign Endrick

Real Madrid outcast Endrick is drawing interest from Premier League duo Aston Villa and Manchester United ahead of a potential January loan move, according to The Daily Star.

Endrick has struggled for minutes in the Spanish capital this term. He is worried that his lack of game time will cost him a place in Brazil’s squad for the World Cup next summer.

This has left numerous clubs on high alert, including United, Villa, West Ham and Juventus.

However, Foot Mercato report that Ligue 1 side Lyon lead the race to sign the 19-year-old, with the striker also receiving offers from Brazil, Mexico, MLS, Russia and the Middle East.

Additionally, they claim that Bayer Leverkusen, Roma and Porto are interested.

England Star Harry Kane Considering Barcelona Move

Former Tottenham captain Harry Kane is weighing up his options for the future, with Spanish outlet Sport reporting that a move to Barcelona is one of the options being considered.

They report that Kane has a €65m (£57m) release clause in his contract at Bayern Munich, which kicks in next summer, and LaLiga giants Barca could be the ones to activate the buyout.

Hansi Flick’s side are currently rated at 20/1 in the Harry Kane next club betting odds market.

But while Catalunya is a potential destination for the forward, he remains committed to Bayern and is happy in Munich. The club are also said to be ‘determined’ to keep their star man.

His contract terms give him plenty of flexibility to negotiate, however, whether he stays or goes.
