West Ham fans are planning a mass boycott for Saturday afternoon’s Premier League clash against Sunderland at the London Stadium.
West Ham Fans Plan Sunderland Boycott
A mass boycott has been planned for Saturday’s clash between West Ham and Sunderland.
The pair face off in the Premier League’s early kick-off at 12:30, shown live on TNT Sports 1, and Hammers fans are set to stage another protest against the club’s ownership.
David Sullivan and Karren Brady have presided over the east London outfit for 15 years, and despite their historic Conference League triumph in 2023, supporters have had enough.
Fan group Hammers United have set up the “No More BS” campaign, which is aimed at highlighting Sullivan and Brady’s perceived mismanagement of the club over the last 15 years.
They have organised a series of protests over the course of the campaign already, including rallying fans together to show red cards en masse in the stands at the London Stadium.
Again, they are encouraging more fans to join the red card protest this weekend, while they are also arranging a ‘late walk in’ so that supporters to delay entry into the stands for 15 minutes.
Hammers United: “We Have to Ramp Things Up”
Hammers United’s statement reads: “Brady and Sullivan are leading West Ham United towards the abyss. Each game sees more and more fans joining the red card protest.
“As the media continues to highlight our protests, the pressure on Brady and Sullivan grows.
“Now we have to ramp things up. Fans have called on us to arrange a “Late Walk In”, similar to those at Manchester City and Wolves.
“For the match against Sunderland, we are asking all fans to delay taking their seats for 15 minutes, then walk in holding up red cards, and continue to show them throughout the game.
“15 minutes for the future of our Club. That’s all we’re asking. We hope you’ll join us.”
It’s set to be a powerful display of togetherness from the Hammers faithful as Nuno Espirito Santo and his side continue to battle for survival in the English top-flight.

Hammers Among Relegation Favourites
Last time out, West Ham claimed their first league victory since early November.
It came as they sealed a 2-1 triumph away at out-of-form Tottenham last Saturday.
Goals from Crysencio Summerville and Callum Wilson sealed the deal to make it two straight wins in all competitions. A narrow 2-1 win over QPR in the FA Cup preceded that one.
They remain firmly in the relegation zone despite the result, five points adrift of safety.
The Hammers also remain among the favourites in the Premier League relegation odds.
Even though Espirito Santo doesn’t seem to be in immediate danger of being sacked, he remains among the favoured candidates in the Premier League sack race odds market.
Defeat against the Black Cats will likely push him closer to the exit door in east London.
Slaven Bilic is favoured to replace him in the next West Ham manager odds should he depart.
Regis Le Bris’ visitors, meanwhile, head into the weekend occupying an impressive ninth place in the league table, just three points adrift of the Champions League qualification places.
They have lost just two of their last 10 matches and defeated Crystal Palace 2-1 last time out.
