Tottenham Hotspur boss Ange Postecoglou is frustrated with ongoing internal leaks at Spurs.
Postecoglou has confirmed that the club are close to identifying a leak within the squad, following repeated internal information being leaked to the media throughout the season.
Speaking ahead of Spurs’ Europa League quarter-final second leg against Eintracht Frankfurt, Postecoglou addressed reports that winger Wilson Odobert had been sent for a scan due to a hamstring concern.
Although the 20-year-old did not feature in the 1-1 draw in Germany, the Spurs manager clarified that Odobert is fit and available for selection.
“Wilson trained today, and we’ll see how he is tomorrow. He should be available for the weekend [against Wolves in the Premier League],” said Postecoglou during his pre-match press conference.

Ange Postecoglou Confirms Tottenham Leak Investigation Underway
The Australian manager didn’t hold back in expressing his frustration about persistent leaks, which he says have compromised team preparations and tactics.
“Look, there is no doubt we have got a leak inside the club. Somebody who continues to leak out information. They have all year. I don’t know why,” he said.
Postecoglou revealed that Spurs have been actively investigating the source of the leaks and believe they are close to identifying the culprit.
“We’ve narrowed it down. We’ve been looking at it for quite a while and kind of have a fair idea of where it is coming from. We’ll deal with it.”

Spurs Leak Disrupts Matchday Tactics, Says Postecoglou
Postecoglou emphasised that leaked information – often related to injuries, team selection, or tactics – gives opposing teams an unfair advantage.
“On game day, what you want to do is keep as much information in-house. We try really hard to find out information about the opposition, and it’s very hard to do. But with us, someone has an open line to what we do.”
He also pointed out that much of the leaked information is either misleading or incomplete, further complicating matters for the coaching staff.
“It’s disappointing because you’d like to think everyone who is in our camp is working with us, not against us.”
Wilson Odobert Injury Update
Odobert, who missed four months with a serious hamstring injury requiring surgery, has been carefully monitored since his return.
Postecoglou confirmed that they are taking a cautious approach with all players returning from long-term injuries, including Micky van de Ven, Destiny Udogie, and Cristian Romero.
“There are different times when they’re going to get sore in different areas,” he noted. “We always monitor how they’re going.”
Tottenham face Wolves next in the Premier League on Sunday, with Postecoglou expected to rotate the squad ahead of the decisive second leg in Germany next Thursday.
