Will Antoine Semenyo be on the move in January? Bournemouth have just dropped the biggest hint yet that the Ghanaian winger is set to join one of the Premier League’s elite this winter.
It comes as Sky Sports report that the club are looking to recruit new players during the January transfer window, with a goalkeeper, winger and central defender identified as target areas.
They are keen on a new stopper to challenge Djordje Petrovic, while they also want a new centre-back with height and presence after losing Dean Huijsen and Ilia Zabarnyi last summer.
Key in the Semenyo saga, signing a winger is said to be a priority, too.

It is understood that Semenyo has a release clause worth ÂŁ65m from January 1, which is broken down into a flat ÂŁ60m fixed fee plus an additional ÂŁ5m in add-ons.
According to reports, the clause is only active for the first two weeks of the window. This is to protect Bournemouth from a sale late on in January, allowing them time to find a replacement.
Should he remain on the south coast, his clause will drop to around ÂŁ60m in the summer.
His current deal, signed back in July, keeps him at the Vitality Stadium until June 2030.
Who Is Most Likely to Sign Semenyo?
Reports suggest the Red Devils, Manchester City and Spurs lead the race for Semenyo, with Liverpool and Arsenal seemingly lagging behind in the contest for his signing.
Ruben Amorim, who Oliver Glasner is favoured to replace in the next Manchester United manager odds market, described Semenyo as a ‘special player’ in a press conference last week.
It came ahead of United’s thrilling 4-4 stalemate against Bournemouth in the Premier League on Monday evening, in which the Ghana international scored to end a seven-game goalless run.
