Brighton were held to a 2-2 stalemate by relegation strugglers Leicester City at the Amex on Saturday afternoon, and you can watch the full match highlights below.
Foxes Hold Seagulls To A Point On South Coast
Having lost nine in succession across all competitions, Premier League relegation strugglers Leicester City headed down to the south coast to take on Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex on Saturday afternoon.
The Seagulls were also in poor form heading into the match as they were winless in four, but they got off to a strong start against the Foxes, with Joao Pedro netting from the spot to open the scoring on the 31-minute mark.
It didn’t take long for the visitors to respond, however. Stephy Mavididi was on hand to restore the parity with a powerful effort past Mads Hermansen, and in doing so, he ended Leicester’s run of 797 minutes without a goal in the league.
Less than 10 minutes into the second period, Brighton were awarded a second penalty for a pull by Luke Thomas on Matt O’Riley. Once again, Pedro stood up to the task, restoring the hosts’ one-goal lead with his 10th goal of the season.
Leicester refused to back down though, and they were rewarded for their efforts in the 74th minute when Caleb Okoli headed home the leveller from Bilal El Khannouss’ dangerous free-kick to snatch a point on the road.
The result leaves the Seagulls in ninth place in the English top-flight table, while Ruud van Nistelrooy’s Foxes remain in the relegation zone in 19th place, eight points ahead of Southampton and 14 points adrift of safety.

Up next for Brighton, they head to the capital to take on Brentford next Saturday, where they’ll be looking to bring an end to their five-game winless run, followed by a home clash against West Ham the following week.
As for the Foxes, they face a tough home tie against table toppers Liverpool at the King Power next Sunday, before travelling to the West Midlands to go head-to-head with Wolves in Gameweek 34.
