Shelvey then throws off his cloak, proclaiming: “Up the Clarets!”
After arriving at Turf Moor, Shelvey said: “It feels amazing to get it done. It’s been quite a long process, but it’s all done now and I’m excited for it.
“I like the club as a whole, every time I have played against Burnley at Turf Moor it’s been tough. But I’m part of this team now and my aim is to do my best to help this club get back into the Premier League, where it belongs.”
What Is The Traitors?
The Traitors is a popular TV series which airs on the BBC and has taken the world by storm.
In the show, players are referred to ‘faithfuls’ but among them are ‘traitors’, who are aiming to banish them from the game in a bid to win a big-money prize.
In each episode, the group of contestants work together to try and banish the traitors from the game without knowing who they are.
The Traitors, remaining undetected, are then able to meet to ‘murder’ and eliminate faithfuls from the game.
Should the faithfuls eliminate all traitors from the game by the final three, they will win the money. But should a traitor be left standing, they take the prize pot for themselves.
