The 26-year-old England international is seen as a possible statement purchase for Frank and Tottenham.

In 2024-25, Eberechi Eze’s stats were mightily impressive. He scored 14 times for Palace in all competitions and provided 11 assists.

Able to play on the flanks or as a central number 10, Eze has operated as s second striker for England under Thomas Tuchel.

He will hope to add to his one goal in 12 senior caps before long, but looks at home on the international stage.

Since joining Crystal Palace from QPR in 2020, Eze has made 167 total appearances for the Eagles.

In that time, he’s notched 40 goals and 28 assists.

Elsewhere in the transfer market, Tottenham have already secured one new attacking option.

Bayern Munich’s Mathys Tel arrives for £30 million, with the 20-year-old Frenchman signing a six-year deal.

Spurs have also signed defenders Kevin Danso from Lens (£21m) and Luka Vuskovic from Hadjuk Split (£12m).

There has also been an agreement to sign Japanese international Kota Takai.

The 20-year-old defender is scheduled to complete a £5 million move from Kawasaki Frontale, subject to completing a Premier League medical.

In the other direction, there remains uncertainty about the long-term future of club captain, Son Heung-Min.

The South Korean international, 32, has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia.

Son has played more than 450 games for Tottenham in ten seasons at the club.

Midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has joined Marseille for £11.4 million.

The 29-year-old Danish international joined from Southampton in 2020.

He departs the North London club after making 184 appearances for Spurs, scoring 10 goals and adding 17 assists.

Tottenham have released Fraser Forster, Alfie Whiteman and Sergio Reguilon.
