Steve Borthwick has named his England training squad as his side prepares for a non-cap fixture against a France XV team.

There are call-ups for young scrum-halves Charlie Bracken and Will Porter, while Northampton Saints fullback George Furbank links up with the squad to continue his concussion rehabilitation.

Bracken is the son of 2003 World Cup winner Kyran and joins the senior squad for the first time after impressing with the U20s.

The Saracens youngster also spent time in the Championship on loan with Ampthill this season.

Meanwhile, Harlequins man Porter, 26, has been called up after strong performances for England A.

While deserving of their places, both Porter and Bracken have benefited from limited availability of senior stars.

First-choice England No. 9 Alex Mitchell is part of the British and Irish Lions squad.

Bath’s Ben Spencer and Leicester’s Jack van Poortvliet are preparing for the Premiership Rugby final this weekend.

And Bristol Bears’ Harry Randall is out injured after his side lost to Bath in the semi-finals.

Regular hookers Jamie George and Luke Cowan-Dickie are also on Lions duty.

Although not included in the main tour party, Saracens stalwart George has been drafted in to help the squad prepare for their upcoming pre-tour game against Argentina.

Northampton’s Curtis Langdon joins Bristol’s Gabriel Oghre and Saracens’ Theo Dan as the hookers.

Exeter winger Immanuel Feyi-Waboso missed the Six Nations after dislocating his shoulder in December.
