West Ham travel to Merseyside to take on Everton in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, and our match preview has the latest team news and lineups, as well as a prediction ahead of the action.

Everton vs West Ham Preview

Level on 33 points in 15th and 16th in the Premier League table, Everton and West Ham go head-to-head at Goodison Park on Saturday, where the Toffees will be looking to extend their unbeaten run in the league to nine straight matches.

David Moyes’ side have been in strong form since their defeat to Aston Villa in mid-January, and they come into this one off the back of three consecutive draws against Manchester United, Brentford and Wolves.

The Merseyside club led 1-0 at the Molineux through Jack Harrison last time out but were forced to settle for a point after Marshall Munetsi drew the hosts level five minutes before the half time whistle.

Graham Potter’s Hammers, meanwhile, were beaten 1-0 by Newcastle on Monday, ending a short-lived two-game winning run. Their victories came over high-flying Arsenal in Gameweek 26 and struggling Leicester City in Gameweek 27.

Prior to that, the East Londoners were without a win in four successive English top-flight outings, suffering defeats to Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Brentford, along with a 1-1 draw against Champions League quarter-finalists Aston Villa.

When West Ham and Everton met back in early November, it ended in a goalless stalemate at the London Stadium. Across their last 10 league meetings, the Hammers have five wins, the Toffees have three and two have ended in draws.

Everton Team News

The hosts remain without attacking quartet Dwight McNeil (knee), Dominic Calvert-Lewin (thigh), Iliman Ndiaye (knee) and Armando Broja (foot), while Belgian midfielder Orel Mangala (knee) is also ruled out.

With so many attackers out, Moyes will likely have to opt for a similar frontline as the one that was fielded against Wolves, with Beto up front, Jesper Lindstrom and Harrison on either wing and Abdoulaye Doucoure in behind.

Flamengo loanee Charly Alcaraz is also an option for the attacking midfield role.

West Ham Team News

Long-term absentee Michail Antonio (leg) is still out, alongside Dutch winger Crysencio Summerville (thigh), and both Vladimir Coufal (thigh) and Niclas Fullkrug (thigh) are marked as doubts.

Lucas Paqueta made his return from an ankle injury off the bench in the defeat to Newcastle last time out, so he could be in line for a start in this one, while Brighton loanee Evan Ferguson is also an option to come into the lineup.

Everton vs West Ham Prediction

The UK’s best football betting sites have Everton as 21/20 favourites to come out on top at Goodison on Saturday, while a draw is rated at around 11/5 and a victory for the Hammers is priced at around 29/10.

Based on the Toffees’ recent results, as well as the score when the pair last met, we at SportsCasting see this one ending in a stalemate. Both sides are among the lowest-scoring teams in the division, so we can’t see much being created in front of goal. That being said, we expect the pair to score a goal apiece and are predicting a 1-1 draw.

Prediction: Everton 1-1 West Ham
