Fulham host Manchester United in Sunday’s evening fixture in the Premier League, and we’ve got the latest team news and predicted lineups ahead of kick-off.
Manchester United and Fulham both failed to secure wins in their season openers last weekend.
The Red Devils fell to a 1-0 loss against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at Old Trafford, while the Cottagers struck late on to snatch a point thanks to a 1-1 draw against Brighton at the Amex.
Thanks to the results, Fulham sit in ninth place in the table, and United are down in 15th place.
Ruben Amorim’s side are 6/5 favourites with UK betting sites ahead of kick-off. Meanwhile, Marco Silva’s West London outfit are priced at around 9/4 to pick up three points.
As kick-off nears, we at SportsCasting have the latest team news and predicted lineups for both teams. Read on as we unveil the most probable XIs, along with injury and suspension news.
Fulham vs Manchester United Team News and Predicted Lineups
Fulham Team News
The Cottagers were without first-choice left-back Antonee Robinson and second-choice Ryan Sessegnon for the trip to Brighton last week, with Calvin Bassey forced to cover in the position.
Silva has confirmed that the aforementioned pair could be involved for United’s visit.
He said in his pre-match press conference: “We are going to have another session [on Saturday], and we will take a decision on both Sessegnon and Robinson.
“We didn’t want to take the risk with Sess last week. Calvin did so well [at Brighton] – [Isaac] Cuenca can play there too.”
Elsewhere, the majority of their lineup is expected to remain the same, but Emile Smith Rowe could come in for 18-year-old Joshua King in the attacking midfield position.
Rodrigo Muniz may also replace Raul Jimenez after his goal at the Amex last Saturday.

The pair remain unavailable for the trip to the capital, while Andre Onana, who missed last week’s clash despite recovering from injury, is available to make his return in between the sticks.
Amorim, who Jose Mourinho is favoured to replace according to the next Manchester United manager odds, provided an update on whether the Cameroonian will replace Altay Bayindir.
“Onana is ready to play like last week, so we will see in the game who is going to be keeper.
“Licha [Martinez] is out, Nous [Mazraoui] is out. The rest of the guys are fit and ready to play.”
