Fulham are through to the FA Cup 4th round after they beat Watford 4-1 at Craven Cottage. Rodrigo Muniz, Raul Jimenez, Joachim Andersen and Timothy Castagne all netted for the west Londoners.

The Cottagers breezed past their EFL Championship opponents in emphatic fashion. Muniz netted a stylish opener after some great wing play from Adama Traore.

Rocco Vata equalised for the Hornets with a stunning long-range effort to ensure the sides went in level at the break. Tom Cleverley’s side were soon behind again when Jimenez scored his third penalty in four days after 49 minutes.

Andersen put the game beyond doubt when he lashed home at the second attempt after the visitors failed to clear a corner.

Castagne then got in on the act when he headed home from Martial Godo’s cross. Boss Marco Silva will be extremely pleased with his side’s overall performance.

It’s now nine games unbeaten in all competitions for Fulham. The Cottagers have enjoyed a stellar campaign so far in 2024/25.

Marco Silva’s men can look forward to a strong cup run which will perfectly complement their brilliant Premier League form.

The likes of Andreas Pereira, Rodrigo Muniz and Adama Traore all starred on a bitterly cold evening at Craven Cottage.

Meanwhile, the crushing defeat was the fourth on the bounce for Watford. Tom Cleverley’s side were no match for their top-flight opponents.
