Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane isn’t just a world class footballer – he’s a handy golfer too.
Kane has been ‘braving the cold’ and putting up with inclement weather conditions in Europe in order to ‘get 18 holes in’ on the golf course.
Harry Kane Shows Off Golf Skills With Winter Practice
Despite being one of the best strikers in the world, Kane has real ability in another sport besides football – Golf.
The prolific England striker – who helped the Three Lions qualify for the 2026 World Cup with six wins from six in the group stages by scoring 22 goals – enjoys spending his free time away from the pitch on the golf course.
There is no question of Kane’s dedication to football, but he is most definitely dedicated to golf as well, much like fellow former Tottenham player Gareth Bale.
Kane has helped the Bundesliga win over the neutrals thanks to his record-breaking performances in Germany, but the Bayern Munich number nine is often found gracing the fairways, even in freezing weather conditions.
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker took to social media to share photos of a recent session he had on the golf course. It was evidently a chilly round for Kane, who was wrapped up in winter golf attire while ‘braving the cold’.
Kane wrote on Instagram: “Winter golf ⛳️ Anyone else been braving the cold to get 18 holes in? 🥶”
The 32-year-old evidently never passes up the opportunity to hit the greens, admitting previously that golf is his favourite pastime outside of his career as a professional footballer.

What Is Harry Kane’s Golf Handicap?
With Harry Kane sharing new snaps of his latest outing on the golf course, many fans are wondering what the England captain’s handicap is.
Kane evidently plays a lot of golf in his free time and boasts a single-figure handicap.
The prolific striker plays off a handicap of three. For those unfamiliar with golf handicaps, Kane is very good. To put it in perspective, European Ryder Cup star Ian Poulter turned professional with a handicap of four, so Kane is actually better now than Poulter was when he turned pro.
Some stats suggest that Kane will win the Ballon d’Or this season, but prior to that potential award, the Bayern Munich ace will be hoping to play more golf over the winter period and perhaps even improve on his three handicap.
The England frontman hasn’t ruled out a future in golf either once his playing days are over. Although he boasts a stellar handicap of three, there is one goal in golf that Kane hasn’t achieved yet.
Although he is more than competent with a club in his hand, Kane has never hit a hold-in-one. The 32-year-old told Cleats Club that a getting a hole-in-one is one of his lifetime goals:
“I’ve never got a hole-in-one. One of my lifetime goals is to join the hole-in-one club!”
Kane invested in Tiger Woods’ TGL team earlier this year, so it’s evident that he takes the sport seriously and perhaps even fancies a future in it after football.
