Newcastle United are facing another transfer battle with Liverpool and Chelsea for the services of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi.
Crystal Palace captain Guehi will leave Selhurst Park for the right price this summer, and a trio of Premier League clubs are interested.
According to reports, the Eagles want around £50million for the England international.

Oliver Glasner’s side came from behind twice on Sunday to hold Liverpool to a 2-2 draw in the Community Shield before beating Arne Slot’s side 3-2 in a penalty shoot-out.
After the win, Palace CEO Steve Parrish confirmed Guehi will likely be sold with the defender out of contract at the end of the season.

When asked if Guehi would leave if Crystal Palace received a right offer, Parrish said (via The Mirror):
“Yes, yes. Of course, for players of that calibre to leave on a free, it is a problem for a football club. There is no doubt about it, unfortunately.”
He also confirmed that the club received an offer for Guehi in January, but Palace turned it down.
“Joachim went, and we couldn’t afford to lose both of them. We then had another bid in January, but that was a difficult decision as well. We will just have to see what happens. It needs a new contract or a conclusion of some kind.“

Newcastle United have had a poor summer transfer window. They have lost many key transfer targets to rivals, including Hugo Ekitike to Liverpool, Liam Delap to Chelsea, and Bryan Mbeumo to Manchester United, among others.
Newcastle are reportedly back in the running for Marc Guehi having seen an offer for the defender rejected in January, but Liverpool once again stand in their way alongside Chelsea.
The Reds are leading the race for the 25-year-old. Chelsea are also in the race for Guehi after Levi Colwill’s ACL injury.
