The opening two days of the Newmarket Craven Meeting will also be shown on ITV Racing – with four races on each of the opening two days on their ITV4 channel.

On day one (Tuesday), the two Group 3 contests – Earl Of Sefton Stakes (3pm) and Nell Gwyn Stakes (3:35pm) – headline with the last-named a fair trial for the 1000 Guineas.

The last horses to win both races was Speciosa (2006) and Cachet (2022)

Then on Wednesday, the Group 3 Craven Stakes (3:35pm) takes centre-stage, which will provide some 2000 Guineas pointers.

The last horse to win both races was Haafhd in 2004, while the 2018 winner Masar went onto land the Epsom Derby later that season.
