How much is the European Masters golf prize money ahead of the 2024 tournament will be a popular question as the Swiss-hosted event takes centre stage on the DP Tour this week.

We look at the full purse on offer at the European Masters golf from the Crans-sur-Sierre golf club this week, from what the winner will walk away with, right down to the 65th finishing player.

$3.25m Purse On Offer At The European Masters Golf 2024

A decent field will head to Switzerland this week on the DP World Tour to compete in the 2024 European Masters, with them all looking for a slice of the $3.25m purse on offer.

12 months ago we saw Swedish big hitter Ludvig Aberg walk away with the European Masters and in the process, but the world-ranked number 5 golf player won’t be back to defend his title as he’s having surgery on a knee injury.

We will, however, see the two-time European Masters winner Matt Fitzpatrick back at Crans-sur-Sierre golf club this week as the 27th world’s best player looks for a third title.

Fitzpatrick, who is one of the favourites with the best golf betting sites in the UK, was also tied third in the tournament in 2023.

While this year’s event will also see other past champions in 2022 hero Thriston Lawrence from South Africa, the 2021 winner Rasmus Højgaard from Denmark and also the 2020 victor Sebastian Söderberg.

European Masters Golf Prize Money 2024: Winner Will Take Home $552,500

The winning player at the 2024 European Masters golf will walk away with $552,500, which will be $195,000 more than the runner-up, who will get $357,500.
