The Premier League Darts night 3 result is in as Gerwyn Price tasted victory over Nathan Aspinall in a surprise final in Dublin.
Price claimed a fine 6-3 win against Aspinall to claim his first success in the 2025 tournament. The Iceman was on fire as he beat reigning world champion Luke Littler and current world No 1 Luke Humphries in the Irish capital.
Now, the Welshman is up to second position in the standings on seven points. Humphries still leads the way on ten points with Michael van Gerwen and Littler occupying 3rd and 4th.
Interestingly, the victory is Price’s first success in the Premier League in almost two years. The former world champion is starting to show the kind of form that saw him lift the Sid Waddell trophy in 2021.
From the Asp’s perspective, he’ll be eagerly disappointed not to have gone all the way. The Stockport-born star fell just short after beating Rob Cross and then Van Gerwen.

Premier League Darts Night 3 Result
After another night of stunning darts action, Gerwyn Price can revel in glory. In the quarter-final, the former Rugby Union and League hero averaged 102.64 to beat last week’s winner Luke Littler 6-4.
On his way to beating the Nuke in Dublin, Price landed five 180s with his highest checkout being just 78. Littler himself wasn’t at his best and it’s now five defeats on the spin against the Iceman.
In the semi-final, Price was paired against Luke Humphries. He would go on to win 6-3 after another dazzling display in front of a vibrant crowd.

Despite only throwing one maximum in the match, Price landed the Big Fish which delighted the onlooking spectators. The Welshman would also record a slightly higher average than Cool Hand Luke.
In the final showdown, Price wasted no time at all and headed straight for the Oche despite his intro music barely getting into the chorus.
That perhaps highlighted just how cool, concentrated and composed Price was as he clinched the win he so desperately craved. And it certainly worked.
Statistically, Price dominated Nathan Aspinall in all the key areas other than 180s thrown. The latter can certainly hold his head high after a resurgent performance at the 3Arena.
The runner-up points were the first Aspinall has obtained this season. As it stands, Stephen Bunting is the only player yet to get off the mark in 2025.
