Royal Ascot Trends Day Three (Thursday 19th June 2025): Key Stats To Help You Find The Thursday WinnersÂ
The Royal Ascot 2025 action continues moves into Thursday and day three – for Ladies’ Day.
We get going with the Norfolk Stakes at 2:30pm, where Aidan O’Brien has trained two of the last 10 winners. While the Royal Ascot trends on day three also tell us 11 of the last 19 winners came between stalls 7 and 12.
The main Aidan O’Brien Royal Ascot runner in the opener will be Charles Darwin
Next up is the King George V Stakes and with the Ralph Beckett yard having won two of the last four – their entry Sing Us A Song looks interesting.
Probably not a vintage Ribbesdale Stakes next at 3:40pm, but some promising sorts and the Ascot trends suggest this could be another for Aidan O’Brien. He’s won five of the last 11 runnings and has Garden Of Eden, Ecstatic and Island Hopping.
It’s Gold Cup time at 4:20pm – the day’s feature and in many people’s eyes – the meeting’s showcase race.
Trawlerman was second last year and will be popular, but has a Gold Cup stat to overcome that tells us only three winners have been aged 7+ since 1930.
You can see all the Royal Ascot trends on DAY THREE below – with stats for all seven contests.
