ARCA Menards Series West General Tire 200 Entry List: Dates, Event Times At Sonoma Raceway

With the ARCA Menards Series West drivers preparing for their first road-course event this season, Sigma Performance Services will rely on Tyler Reif to duplicate Sam Mayer’s 2024 Victory Lane appearance.

Reif will take over the No. 24 Chevrolet for Friday’s General Tire 200 at Sonoma Raceway as Mayer continues chasing a NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers’ championship.

A three-time West circuit winner, Reif placed P2 behind Mayer last season. He competed in a West Series event at Phoenix Raceway last February for SPS and ran in the top five for much of the race, until enduring a late collision.

Xfinity regulars Christian Eches and William Sawalich will also appear in an event historically dominated by higher-level pilots. Seven of the past 10 checkered flags were taken by drivers from the Cup and Xfinity circuits.

Sawalich, who ranks No. 25 in the Xfinity standings, posted two top-five finishes at the 12-turn, 1.99-mile track and earned a 2024 road-course win at Portland. Eches earned the 2019 ARCA Menards Series drivers’ championship.

Road racer Will Rodgers is slated to compete on the West circuit for the first time since 2020. He has three career East Series wins.

Entering Friday’s event, Trevor Huddleston, who posted two wins and four top-five finishes in five starts, paces the drivers’ standings with 259 points. The top five series drivers are within 18 points.
