Coming out of a two-week hiatus, NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers return to action this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
With three wins and eight top-10 finishes in 12 outings, Justin Allgaier continues leading the drivers’ standings with 471 points, 51 ahead of Austin Hill.
Sam Hunt Racing announced Cup regular Christopher Bell, who captured Sunday night’s All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, will pilot the No. 24 Toyota during the Chilango 150 in Mexico City on June 14.
A Cup Final Four competitor the past two seasons, Bell recorded 19 Xfinity wins. He also claimed the 2017 Truck Series championship.
“Being part of this team is something I look forward to,” Bell said via press release. “It will be a unique experience going to a new racetrack for most of us in this series.”
