The 2025 Cognizant Classic takes place in the picturesque Palm Beaches in Florida, and here is everything you need to know about the tournament on the PGA tour including prize money, past winners and how to watch the action.
Cognizant Classic 2025 Prize Money
There is big prize money on offer at the 2025 Cognizant Classic with a $9.2m purse on offer.
A full field of 144 will take on the Champions Course at PGA National Resort – a 7,167 yard par-71 which previously hosted the Ryder Cup and a PGA Championship.
The tournament dates back to 1972 under its former moniker, the Honda Classic. It holds the distinction of being one of the few Tour events that Tiger Woods has never won.
One person who did win the Cognizant Classic is Austin Eckroat who is back to defend the championship he won last year.

Should Eckroat successfully defend his championship and claim the top prize money available, then he will be the first golf star since Jack Nicklaus in 1978 to win the tournament two years in a row.
However, a number of top stars will look to clinch the crown and with it the $1,656,000 in prize money on offer for the winner of the Cognizant Classic.
The winner’s purse has increased from $1.62 million that Eckroat claimed last year. However, even the player that finishes in 65th this year will claim $19,780.
